What are the sports?

Handball:

Handball is a fast-paced team sport where two teams of seven players use their hands to pass and dribble a ball, aiming to score by throwing it into the opponent's goal.

Capture the Flag:

Capture the flag games. Duck Hunt, 4 Corners, Original and Steal the Bacon.

Dodgeball Varients:

Duck Hunt- Dodge, dip, and duck through obstacles as you race across the field to get flags for your team.

Kingpin- Be the first team to knock over the opposing team's 3 pins.

Medic- One player on each team is the "medic" and is responsible to revive the players that have been hit. The game ends when the medic is hit.

Sit down- Free-for-all "Battle Royale" style. When you get hit, you sit. When the person who hits you gets hit, you are back in.

Pit- When you are out, you are sent to the "pit" on the other side. To return to the game, a player from your team must throw the ball to you to get back in.

Traditional-Classic school yard dodgeball.

Fusion:

The game is played on a short-sided field with a soccer goal. Play begins at center with a ball drop. From there, the ball dictates how the game is played:

  • On the ground: it’s soccer. Players can dribble, pass, and score with their feet only—no hands allowed.

  • In the air: it’s handball. Players may catch, pass, or shoot using only their hands, keeping the play quick and creative.

Scoring is straightforward:

  • Kick the ball into the goal = 3 points

  • Throw the ball into the goal = 2 points

After each goal, the defending team takes possession and the offense must retreat to their side, creating constant back-and-forth action.
