Women Walking

A healthy lifestyle is a long lifestyle. Start this summer and never stop. As you exercise, keep track of how many miles you go. We will give out prizes for who ever exercises the most miles overall and most miles in a day. If you do not want to set an outrageous goal, try and get 100 miles over the course of the summer and receive a t-shirt to represent your accomplishment. 

Pick up a form at the city office to track your hours or download a copy from here. At the end of summer (October 1st), turn your paper in to the city office.
